4. Free Legal Aid & Submission Disclaimer

• Pro-Bono / Free Nature: All legal aid, guides, and initial case summaries provided through this platform are 100% free of charge (only for specific period). Legal Bhai will never ask you for fees, processing charges, or payments for reading our content or receiving educational guidance(for free legal aid).

• Right to Refuse/Filter Queries: Due to resources and volume, Legal Bhai reserves the absolute right to refuse, filter, or decline to review any case summary or query submitted to us at any time, without providing justification or notice.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: Any simplified guidance offered to help you understand a complex law does not guarantee a specific legal outcome in a court of law.

4A. Terms of Sale for Educational Publications & Books

This section governs the purchase of any printed books, e-books, or educational literature published and sold directly through the Legal Bhai platform.

1. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

• All-Inclusive Pricing: All prices listed on the platform for physical or digital books are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable domestic taxes (including GST, where applicable).

• Payment Security: Payments must be made securely using our authorized third-party payment gateway integrations. Legal Bhai does not store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the absolute right to cancel or refuse any book order due to typographical errors in pricing, sudden stock unavailability, or delivery restrictions imposed by domestic courier partners. If an order is canceled post-payment, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Timeline: We offer swift and reliable domestic shipping across India. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your geographic location and pin code serviceability.

• Force Majeure Delays: While we strive to maintain our timelines, Legal Bhai cannot be held responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by external events beyond our control, including major public festivals, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected regional courier disruptions.

• International Shipping: International shipping is currently unavailable on our platform. We are actively working to expand our logistics network to fulfill global orders in the future.

3. No-Return Policy on Opened/Used Purchases

• Final Sale: Due to the intellectual and reproducible nature of written publications, we do not accept returns or provide full refunds for any opened, unsealed, or read physical books, nor do we offer refunds for downloadable e-books. Please read the book outlines and chapter descriptions carefully before checking out.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (The Unboxing Video Rule)

• Replacement Guarantee: In the rare event that your book arrives physically damaged during transit (e.g., torn pages, severe binding defects) or if you receive the incorrect title, we offer a free full replacement.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, you must submit a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier package showing the shipping label, up to the extraction of the damaged book.

• Submission Window: This video, along with your order ID, must be emailed to our team at [Insert Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement requests without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

5. Sealed Item Exchanges

• 7-Day Exchange Window: We gladly accept exchanges for physical books strictly within 7 days of delivery, provided the book remains completely sealed, unread, and in its original pristine packaging.

• Process: To initiate an exchange for another publication on our site, please present your original digital purchase invoice/receipt and reach out to our support team at [Insert Your Email Address]. The user will bear any additional shipping costs incurred during a voluntary exchange.
