2. Appointment Bookings

• No Cancellation: Once an appointment booking for consultation or service is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded under any circumstances.

The only exception where a replacement or store credit/refund may be processed is if a physical product (such as a printed book, guide, or pamphlet) arrives broken or damaged due to shipping.

Mandatory Requirements for Transit Damage Claims:

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution for damaged items, you must meet the following strict conditions:

1. Unboxing Video Proof: You must record an uninterrupted, continuous video while unboxing the package for the first time. The video must clearly show:

   • The shipping label and package sealing intact before opening.

   • The actual unboxing process.

   • The damage on the product/item in clear view.

2. Timeframe: You must report the damage within 48 hours of package delivery. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

3. Reporting Process: Send the unboxing video, along with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item, to our customer support team via email/contact form on our website.

Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video or submitted after the 48-hour delivery window will be automatically rejected.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment gateway without contacting us first or in violation of this policy may result in the suspension of your account and restriction from accessing future services on Legalbhai.
